Email hacked

Hello,
I believe someone has access to my email account and I might of left it opened on a computer. I have been receiving emails from my own account harassing me. I sent a password reset but am afraid he still has it open from his computer and the password change won't matter. I have accounts that go to my email and I am afraid he will get into them.
