Hello,

A email was reportably sent to me by Samsung on the 15th January 2016. I have no record of receiving it. Are you able to trace this email? Also is it possible that emails get misdirected?
This is important. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

We are not Hotmail nor Outlook.com.

Have you checked your spam folder?

Yes I have checked my spam. The email was reportedly sent from "***@***" dated 15th Jan 2016. I did not receive it but Samsung claim they sent it and they also claim I must have deleted it by accident but no trace in my deleted box. Is it possible emails can go astray when sent to a hotmail site? Are hotmail able to track PA emails?

Hello

e-mails do not go astray unless someone typed a wrong but valid address. If it was deleted it would have gone into your trash folder.

If Samsung is so sure about what they say they did, ask for a copy of the original with date and time.

No Hotmail, now Outlook.com does not track because it's impossible to speak or to write to a real in the flesh person, only New Scotland Yard can reach someone.

Good luck David
