Laptop not starting

My Cell inspiron15 laptop is not starting. It seems to be showing no life at all. The charging sign doesn't light up nor do I hear any sounds when I press the start button. I could really use help !!!

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

I already tried that, and it doesn't seem to work.

Looks like a motherboard issue to which only a technician can look into.
