Do you have any data in it? It shows as unallocated. Did you try to right click and able to view options like initialize (do not select that option) just see what options are you able to select.

Hi Lianzzz,
Like Computertech suggested, try right clicking the drive and see what options are available. If you do not have important data on the drive, try formatting/initializing it. I strongly recommend you to check the drive on another PC and with another USB cables to exclude driver failure and connectivity issue.
Let me know if there is any progress.
Hope this helps

Hi again Lianzzz,
Sorry for responding you a bit late. Since you have important data on the drive, I would suggest you to connect it to a Linux computer. Unix based systems sometimes show better results reading information from drives that show errors on Windows. If you do not have the option to use a Linux PC, download the Linux Live version and put it on an external device. Boot from it and connect the drive. Try to access and backup the data. Any progress? Additionally, check the Downloads section of this forum for some data recovery tools. https://ccm.net/download/file-management-53/windows/
Hope this helps
