Connect pc to iphone thats connected to wifi so pc can use wifi

Hello, Im a uni student and my windows 8 device is unable to connect to the uni wifi due to some type of unfixable driver issue. My Iphone can connect to the internet and I have heard that you can connect your phone to your pc to share its wifi. So the question is can I et up a link between my phone and windows 8 tablet so that the tablet can access internet from my phone thats connected to the wifi?

Can't be done unless you "jail brake" the phone.

Not something I would suggest you try.
