Internet error you can't reach because of site is down

Hello,
I need ur help. I can't access the Internet every time when I open any kind of browser like chrome mozila and search anything like YouTube it's shows "you can't reach because of site is down or it may have moved permanently to new Web address" so plz help as soon as possible

It sounds like a virus. Do you have a valid anti-virus running?
