Hi Subho,
Please confirm that there are no hidden files or folders from the Folder Options menu. If the hidden option is disabled, open the Command Prompt and type the following command:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* where g must be the drive letter of your pendrive. Check the link below for some additional suggestions:
