So basically right now there is no OS installed? Is it possible to enter the BIOS menu or the screen remains black after pressing the power button and you cannot see the manufacturer’s logo? If you are not able to access the BIOS menu, there may be a serious issue with your hardware and I would recommend you to contact the seller, especially if the PC is under warranty.
If you are able to open the BIOS menu, I would recommend you to try reinstalling the OS. Boot from the installation device and partition the drive during the process.
