Dell Laptop keyboard malfunction

Hello,

Our Dell Laptop keyboard does not work properly. I give you some example:
If we use the letter T in the keyboard it will appear as gt75 same as letter G and if we use the backspace in the keyboard the word in the textbox will be erased and the page will refreshed automatically.

Can you help us?

Change the Keyboard Language Setting in control panel (Regional and Language settings) to US(English).
