Cant access to my email

Hello,
my email address is ***@*** and my Malaysian hand phone number <removed by moderator> that is connected to this email address is not use by me now.Im living in Iran now( my hometown)
please advice me on how to be able to access to this email address
and i lost my connection to ***@*** as a supporter too.
my new email is ***@***
