Sir i install window 8 later i install window10 and install all driver but sir brigtness of my laptop is not decrease or increase so brightness is not work so i want format laptop so how can i do this help me sir

I want window 10 but this window is enterprise i downloaded the window 10 pro and save in laptop so i use window 10 pro
