My computer turns on and shows display but not booting

Hello,
I am having the mother board of ASUS company with amd processor and i am having a serious problem in starting my computer. My system was working fine before 3 months but one day it suddenly turned off from that time it is not booting regularly the sometimes it will boot and some times not but when it does not boot it just show that starting page of bios like American Megatrends and its version but it will not show any boot menu and it does not even initialize keyboard and mouse and i need to switch it off directly so i have troubleshooted for all the test cases so please suggest a way to get out of it

You might need to update your computer.
Did you check if it was getting over heated?

Hello,
I have a computer which has stoped working. There is no display on monitor the computer beeps three times, I reseted ram, video card and all other things but still it is not workin Note (the computer was working fine but last night it stoped working suddenly), please help me.

my pc fan spins loud and stopped displaying on the monitor, i saw a someone say to take out the ram, clean it and install it again and i did and it worked but it happened again, any other suggestions?

Hello,

Yesterday, I was thinking of upgrading my RAM. I bought 512 MB SD RAM, but when I opened my CPU I realized that I am not sure if my machine has SD RAM in it. So, I didn't put the new RAM. I then tried to switch on the machine to run some utility for checking my RAM type.

Unfortunately, when I switched on my machine, my display didn't come up. Now, I am having no clue what went wrong as everything looks fine but there is no display.

When I disconnected my monitor from the CPU, I get a test message as no signal. My monitor looks fine. Please help in sorting the issue out.

Hello

Having a bit of a problem with my pc. Basically, my computer turns on but there is no display on the monitor. I fixed this by replacing the CMOS battery and this went good for like 2 months or so. The problem started when it happened again so I again replaced the battery. This fix only lasted like 2 weeks and now it's happened again. What I do at the moment to access my computer is take out the CMOS for like 5 mins and put it again. This seems to fix the problem but after a day the problem shows up again. I'm getting sick of doing this process every single day so I would like to know what is happening with my pc. Do you guys think this is due to a faulty mobo? Any help w...

hey I have a dell dimension 4400 and I just got his new video card called ati radeon 9700 and I opened up my pc and swiched that video card with the old one I had ! and I took the molex connecter ithnk called p7 andi plugged on the side of my video card and closed my computer and plugged everything in and all of a sudden I plug in the power supply and the screen says no signal and the pc beeps three times ! I don't know what that means I mean I haven't touched anything else but the molex connecter ! SOI COULDN'T BE ANY THING ELSE besides the fact I have to get a new power supply!ANYWAY PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
