Hello,

I've got a brand new Lenovo laptop a few weeks ago. Has factory installed Windows 10. Setup fine, could get to any webpage on Edge, IE or Chrome.

Then a few days later the only website I can get to is gmail.com, and the only browser that can get to gmail.com is Chrome - on Edge or IE it times out. Cannot get to facebook.com. microsoft.com or ANY other website on any of the browsers. Chrome gmail.com is showing new messages all the time so it is not just showing something from a cache. So obviously some internet connection works.

But for example, ESET cannot update the virus signature database.

After this problem started, I did get a notification that "WiFi Sense" had been (automatically) updated. Could that update have caused this problem? Nothing has been able to reach the internet since then (except gmail.com on Chrome).

Obviously, I am using my other old computer to send this message...

Help!

Thanks for the link, xpcman, I knew what WiFi Sense was, but it just seemed more than coincidental that this problem and the update of WiFi Sense happened at about the same time.
