My PC just don't detect my WD Passport Ultra

Hello,

When ever I plug in my WD passport ultra, it just load, but I don't get prompt by wd to unlock my external hardrive like how it use to. whenever I plug it in now, there's just nothing. I've tried all usb port and it's the same. even going into admin tools, won't work, as it wasn't detected.

So, it doesn't show up in the file explorer? What OS?

Hi Darylnyc,

I am sorry for any difficulties cause by your My Passport drive. Are you using a password to lock the drive? Please open Disk Management and check if the drive appears with a correct file format. I recommend you to connect the drive to another PC, using another USB cable.
Uninstall the drive from Device Manager, restart the PC and plug the drive back in. Check if there are any changes. Do you have valuable data on the drive?
