I go to two websites (animal related) regularly. IN the past no problem. But in the past two weeks I load them, both freeze, cannot scroll, and then the internet disconnects. I am forced to close the tab and start over. I deleted both from my favorites and tried loading from a search but still won't work. Any ideas? Everything else is fine.

Hi again

I am a little stumped because I was able to go around both sites easy.

Does this happen to you when watching the videos ?

Have you deleted all of your temporary files and cookies?

What is your operating system?

What is your browser and version thereof?

Regards

P.S. I have a 6 year old spoiled rotten female black Labrador with a unique personality.

Must log off, catch you tomorrow
thank you for the time. I have the following on my laptop:
Windows 8.1
Explorer browser but have no idea version and couldn't find it anywhere
I did just figure out how to delete temp files and cookies and did that
Still having issues with those sites...
is this a case where I do a restore to when I remember them working?
(I rescue cats and have a non-profit to help them)...
thanks again for the time you have given me.

I suggest you use Firefox as your browser.
