Battery indicator light

My windows7 starter's battery has been dead for 2weeks now. I tried charging it back but, its not indicating the battery indicator light. I tried using AC power with it, but no response still. Please, I need help!

Hello,

this concludes your battery is dead. Purchase a replacement.
