My computers have always come with word processing software already installed. I purchased one recently and it looks like there is none installed. I have a disc for WordPerfect 2000 from a computer I purchased years ago but I can not find the packaging so I do not have the key code. Any suggestions? It costs so much to purchase software. I just need it to type letters.

I suggest you download the OpenOffice package it's FREE
