Hello, the names Paris.

I have a new HP ProBook laptop (running windows 7 ) and when I plug in my headphones (Monster headphones) they do not show up under the volume control options. I pride myself in being pretty good at using a computer and have tried for hours and hours to make these headphones work.

I am very angry and have looked at every website to see if my problem can be fixed, alas I have been unsuccessful. Please help me :(

Hey bro , I need to know some, that is your sound is working? I mean speakers? If they won't, please update your sound drivers, or install realtek HD audio drivers, you can download it from here

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

You can download it at filefilehippo.com too

Note: if your speakers(sound) working fine, so don't install realtek, just hang on, I'll send you as soon as I found a solution.......

Hope this may help you....…......
