Acer Laptop boots then shows logo then goes black and restarts

A while ago I was factory resetting my laptop and it shutdown while it was resetting since then I have had this problem and don't know what to do can someone please help me?

I rule out a hardware problem you can try starting using a Linux CD. If it starts OK in Linux then the next stem is determining if the hard disk has a problem.

I can't do that because my laptop doesn't have a CD drive

Then it probably needs to be returned for factory servicing.

I can't send it back because I have no warranty with Acer
