I cannot log in my account

Tamoghna EB Batabyal cannot log in into a/c last 54hours . on20th april deactivated his a/c for hacking reason. but still he cannot log in his a/c. every time showing - "something went wrong we are working on getting this fixed as soon as we can" . whats the problem ?
plzz tell what should i do
