Access Facebook with new device

So I got a new phone today downloaded the facebook app and logged in and it gave me the attachment here so I tried it on my mom's tablet and got the same message. Can anyone help me solve this problem. I have pictures of my son on there n really don't want to make a new facebook. Thank you

Hi,

You must access your account with your original device, change the number if required and completely logout.

I can't access it from my old phone it broke.
