Mup.sys problem

Hello, ive been trying to fix my PC for a few days now, and i have a few problems with the solutions.
I dont have another PC to edit/ aid fixing,
I dont have a Boot CD,
And i dont have internet.

I keep Getting the mup.sys loop, and ive tried a few things, setting default, whatnot, and idont know whats wrong because i dont have a recovery disk.
