Hello, I have an Acer ES1-731-C6KW.
My problem is that sometimes when I wanna start up my laptop I can't type my password to start my laptop.
What can be the problem.

Please elaborate on "sometimes".

I could be a failing keyboard or one with "cap lock" on. Or just plain user error.
