Hi Mehro,
Try connecting the USB drive while in Safe Mode. Are you sure the device has been infected, because sometimes devices with connectivity issues show the same message? Open Disk Management and check if the USB appears. Does it have a file format and a drive letter? Search for some Data Recovery Tool and try to save your data. Check the Download section of this forum for some suggestions:
