How do I set up my Belkin N600

Hello,
How do I set up my Belkin N600 when I go to WiFi setting there is no se up icon there ? also whe I plug the Ethernet into lap top and Belkin its takes me to the page then when I go through the set up it asks me to disable WiFi when I do this it disconnects me ? I have done a reset but still cant connect, I know the problem is that I need to put MY own router details in but it wont let me ? Please help
