Hello my facebook is blocked and i dont remember my date of birt

Hello,

when I created my account at that time I did not put correct date of birth ,so I yesterday made changes in my account like the user name and my email id and my phone number to my facebook account but now everthing is correct but my id does not match ,even I can get my notification at my given email address of facebook and I get notifications also at my cell phone ,,, so please I need help facebook team , now problem is only user id
so i urge facebook team to please help me to get back into my account plz my email is ***@*** and my user name is - http://www.facebook.com/khaskhe and my cell phone number is deleted by moderator
