So, go ahead an create another one! Who hacked it? Do they physical access to your computer?
If you create another one, and protect it...you can challenge the first one as hacked! There are methods to know who is getting access. If someone within your IP address (local computer) is hacking you, then protect your new ID until you resolve it!
