Activity log issues, 30 day phone number bs

Hello,
I am trying to see if I can access my activity log on my hotmail online but it won't let me do that because it's telling me that I updated my phone number and I have to wait 30 days until I can use that feature now but I cannot afford to do that I have to verify that someone else hacked into my email while I was unable to do so.... Is there anyway to be able to see my activity log before then I really need this proof for legal reasons since whoever hacked into my email erased really important proof I had saved.
