Hello,

good day,Please I remembered my yahoo id and password but couldn't remember answer to my security question.Am even still receiving mails from my phone email but couldn't login on computer because of the incorrect answer to the security question.Kindly assist

I suggest you completely log out with your phone before trying to access your account from the computer.
