Hi Forhad,
Are all those partitions of a single hard drive or some of them are representing shared connection via Homegroup for example? Could you open Disk Management and check if all the drives/partitions appear correctly. Could you try changing the drive letters? I strongly recommend you to update your anti virus software and do a complete system check. Do you have important data in those partitions?
