I can't access yahoo mail

Hello,
When I signing in from other location, yahoo verifies that it's really I signing in to my account. For security of account, yahoo send a verification code to any email. I think, this email will be alternate email. But I forget alternate email. I know yahoo ID and pass. I can't access to my yahoo mail. My ID is ***@***. Before accounted telephone number was <removed by moderator>. But now I didn't used this phone number. Please send that verification code to my new phone number <removed by moderator>.
