Reset Yahoo mail password

Hello,

I have been using Yahoo for 9years and i have linked the mail adress to so many socail media sites. But i have now forgotten my password and the alternative e mail adress i have given also seems to be incorrect. If i have a chance to change the alternative adress it will be a great help
