System start up problem

please help me out.
i bought a DEL laptop three days ago. it was good and working nice.
However, I cannot start it up today. problem is when I press the Power button, it show the logo/name DEL but system do not open and lose light again. I tried many times to startup but of no help

Hello

If you have purchased it only three days ago, it's under warranty, contact Dell and ask for an exchange or a refund. You just may have purchased a lemon.

thank you sir for your valuable suggestion. I would again inform you that I have purchased the laptop without windows. I installed the windows separately with friend's help. Now, I some told me that the problem is with the software/windows and am confused whether to seek for replacement or again install the window. please help Sir.
this order of mine has already been replaced once by amazon and this is the second piece i got from amazon
