Access my account

Hi I have an email account with you guys which is ***@*** and iam currently living in Australia on a working holiday visa. I am trying to access my account but is keeps saying that it will send me a conformation to my mobile phone which I no longer have access too as I am overseas if you could Help me access this asap it would be much appreciated as I need to get into my account Sao that I can receive updates from employers here
