Hello Chriss,
Does your laptop boot up at all, I mean can you hear the fan or the hard drive spinning? If it does, then I think a BIOS reset could do the job. Please, beware to open the laptop only if the warranty has already expired. If it is the case, then unplug the power cable and the battery and open the laptop. After that, take out the CMOS battery for a couple of mins to discharge the energy. When the minutes pass, plug it back in and try to boot the laptop.
