My laptop went off and once switched on it stays black.

Hello,
I downloaded window 10 last night and wen I was watching a movie my laptop went off and wen I try to plug in and switch it on it doesn't start its just stays black. I tried to do everything it doesn't start like remove the battery and press the start button all that but still not change
I need some help.

Hello Chriss,

Does your laptop boot up at all, I mean can you hear the fan or the hard drive spinning? If it does, then I think a BIOS reset could do the job. Please, beware to open the laptop only if the warranty has already expired. If it is the case, then unplug the power cable and the battery and open the laptop. After that, take out the CMOS battery for a couple of mins to discharge the energy. When the minutes pass, plug it back in and try to boot the laptop.
