Dell laptop downloaded windows 10 without my permission

My Dell laptop downloaded windows 10 without my permission and now it has shut my computer down it has a screen that keeps asking for a password that I have no
idea what it is talking about I have no password for windows 10 and I want my windows 7 back can anyone help me please

If you had no password, then just hit enter. Let us know if that works. If it doesnt, then as long as it is within 30 days, you can get your 7 back. Post back if the blank password enter works.

MS is getting on my nerves! Susie is not the only victim. The free upgrade ends in July !

Well, my upgrade path was from 7, and I never had any password issues. Didn't have one before the upgrade, it asked me to set one, but i didn't.

Are you certain you didn't enter in a password? You have never gained access to the desktop in 10?
