Operating system not found problem in dell inspiron laptop

I installed windows 10 on my Dell inspiron 4320 laptop through USB. My laptop doesn't read any cds and DVD. After installing wnd 10 I reset computer to factory but it tooked too long and battery gone dead so it can't get completed. But a while after I connect it to the main and tried to open it but it says operating system not found every time I start it. If there who could help please help me through effective reply please.

Now you know to never make system changes when working on battery power. Perhaps you only solution is to re-install Windows using a bootable retail version of Windows.
