Can't Access Facebook/ Other sites are fine

This is what I see when I try to get on to facebook. I can get on facebook on my phone's browser, my husband can get on to it on his computer, just seems like my laptop doesn't want to be nice. someone please help. I have fan a antivirus scan and a malware scan ( 2 different scans) and cleaned up what they came up with, still no luck.
