Hi Manish,
Could you check if it is possible to open the BIOS menu or the PC is frozen at the manufacturer’s logo? If it is possible to enter BIOS, reset it to its default settings. Check if the hard drive is properly recognized and if it is, check the boot order, placing the OS installation drive on first place. Boot from an installation device and try to Repair or reinstall the OS. Do you have valuable data in the primary partition?
