Weird mouse mouvement

Hello,
i ve been having a really bad problem which is the weird mouvement of my mouse when my pc is charging, ive tried several mouses and the problem isnt from them, im having bad time playing and typin because when i touch the keyboard it gets worse. I tried updating the drivers but turns out they have nothing to do with this, should i change my battery or my charger??
PS : my battery isnt dead but its almost dead cus it doesnt store much charge.
