Log off pop up

Hello,
Every time i log off of my computer a pop up appears that says
"Hi! I Pwned ur ass!!!"
Dost Daram BeDonam CHe sasi Dari Alan

I tried everything to get rid of it but i have no idea of what it is.
If you know what it is please help.
