Outlook still isnt working

Hello,
I have been following the progress of this problem. I have tried each suggestion. All my email accounts including gmail accounts were working prior to upgrading from Outlook 2000 to 2003. I have tried each of the above suggestions. I am on the road frequently and need my gmail accounts to work. Is it the Outlook 2003 that has the problem? Do I need to purchase a newer version? Is there a patch for these versions?

hi,
uninstall it and then install again.
or go back to the previous version.
do a system restore.
