Hello kimiekg,
I think it is a desktop. Please post your system specs.
In mean time, If you are good at working inside your pc, Please follow the steps below:
1) Remove all connections from the motherboard. i.e) keyboard, mouse, or any other peripherals.
2) Switch off the pc completely and Remove power cable from the Unit, Remove all RAM if more than one connected from the motherboard.
3) Connect the power cable and switch on the pc without RAM.
Now tell us whether you hear any BEEPS now?
