Hello Ravindra,
I have three questions for you.
As you said,
"selected gadget in dispaly option, my computer instantly become off"
1) Before that your pc works good and no further issues?
"no power being seen to CPU"
2) If this is desktop did the CPU fan running inside the casing? Are you sure?
"trying to on by on button but nothing happens,changed power cable of CPU unit"
3) Did you mean CPU unit or PSU cable?
