My Asus A555L restarting indefinitely

Hello,

My Asus Laptop A555L suddenly shut down after a complete battery drain .when I powered it on the Asus logo appears and a black screen shows and it is restarting indefinitely. Not booting at all. Can anyone suggest a solution for this issue.

Looks like a motherboard power supply issue, you should take it to a repair shop

I have installed both windows 7 and 10 in the system and can access bios but not found any way to boot the os
