Stuck in select boot screen not going forward

Hello,
I am using Toshiba, it's keyboard is not working ,now when turn on the laptop it stuck on “TOSHIBA Leading Innovation...Press <F2> to enter Setup,<F12> to enter MultiBoot Selection Menu”
What is the problem ..help me

It sounds like there are multiple OS on the laptop, and it doesn't know which one to boot from? Select F12 and let us know what the next menu says!
