Hi,
When is the last time your friend successfully accessed his gmail account? (Not through Facebook)
Did your friend successfully changed his Gmail account ?

How did your friend changed his password in the first place ? Did he get a reset code at that time? Did he used the reset code sent at that time?
no no lisen to me i'll try to explain everything again.
so my friend decided to change he's password,he knew old password of course after he changed password now he doesn't remember's new password which he set up.. and when we are trying to reset his password using phone number ( email was never added on his account ) it is just saying this : no access to email adress. if you have skype or anything where we can chat i will give you his number and you will see wha't im talking about...

I have seen and read all that you wrote.
If your friend can't recover his new password in the usual manner, I have run out of suggestions and advice.
(Well sometimes, if trying to access from a computer, deleting all temp files and cookies may help.)

To access Fb from another device one must logout from the first one.
You should be telling your friends, as an IT pro that you never create an account on your mobile, but use workstations, as there are more resources for recovering , such as the issue at hand!
really? i would not start a conversation with my friends and start talking about those things which will not be interesting for them.
facebook has "bug" which was never seen before ? why i must not be able to reset password using his phone nubmer which is registered on his account. this isn't problem there that they should not. it's facebook's problem now..

Yup let us know! You do understand the scale of the time frame you are dealing with? If 1% of users were to have this same problem, and it took a small 20 minutes to fix each problem. How many hours of work would that organization have, working 24 hours a day nonstop?
You would want them to spend at least 20 minutes on each security problem right?
