Hi Nee,
Could you please tell me what troubleshooting steps you have followed. I strongly recommend you to test the device on another PC. Is the result the same? Open Disk Management and check if the pendrive appears there. Does it have a proper file format and a drive letter? Check in Device Manager too. It should be under USB devices. If the drive does not appear in Disk Management and Device Manager on several PCs, sadly, it is highly possible that the device has been damaged. Do you have important data stored in it?
