Hi Amit Jangir,
Could you tell how are you trying to format the pendrive? Are you using the format option from Disk Management? If so, try openning the Command Prompt and using the following commands:
Diskpart
LIst disk
Select disk n (n must be number of the drive)
Clean
After that, open Disk Management and try to format the drive by rightclicking on it. Any changes?
