Hi Shital,
I presume you have some important data on the drive. Have you tried accessing it from another PC? Te result is still the same? In order to save the data, try using a data recovery software. I leave you a link with some suggestions.

Once you have backed up all important data, format the pendrive and try using it normally. There may be some problem preventing its normal functionality. If the device is still not working properly, I would recommend you to change it.
